The Stainless Steel Parsnip Trimmer consists of two PVC flighted flat belts, each driven independently via its own motor. Each side of the belts is a set of twin fixed blades on the top side with an adjustable single blade on the tail side, driven via a variable speed motor. The blades are fully guarded to current CE regulations.

The feed system has been specially designed to align the crop.

The Twin Trimmer has a common trimmer cabinet housing the blades and holding mechanism, with each set of blades having its own drive.
