 Screen Sizing Prepacks from Bakers

After washing the crop is mechanically graded into two sizes - prepacks and bakers.

A rubber screen is used and independent variable speed motors enable good, gentle separation of tubers.

The prepack portion is delivered to a Maf Pomone camera and weight grader.

The baker portion is manually inspected and then weight graded on a Maf OneWay grader.
